The rooftop pool was amazing, and we enjoyed the spacious rooms. We visited the nearby market and the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral, which were highlights of our trip. The buffet was also a hit! Just keep in mind to pre-book the shuttle. it can fill up fast.

The airport pick-up was pricey compared to local taxis, which was a bit annoying.

I stayed for 4 nights and really loved the cozy Deluxe Double Room. It had all the essentials. Smart curtains! The breakfast buffet was tasty, with loads of options, especially the pho. The staff were super friendly, and special shoutout to Thuy Tran for being so helpful. Just a heads up, the elevators were kinda slow during peak times.

we had a fantastic stay at windsor for 3 nights. the location was perfect, not in the tourist center, and close to a big market. the room was clean, and the city view was amazing. also, the staff was super kind, especially when they let us check out late for free. don’t miss out on the serene spa too!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel with my teenage kids. The pool area was a hit, and we loved enjoying the city views from our comfortable room. Plus, the surprise birthday cakes for my sister and me were such a sweet touch!

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast rush could be better managed, especially for those who enjoy sleeping in. An earlier coffee service would make mornings smoother for families.
